Place-an-Order on-Line
Please follow the “Log-In” link in membership area (see on top-right). Select the option “Receive Money”, fill in all required information, including the unique “Transfer ID”, amount of money in original currency, sender details; verify your personal details and the total amount in local currency.
Please specify your Bank details, where you prefer the money to be sent. If you are happy, please read and accept the “Terms and Conditions” and press “SUBMIT” button to proceed with your order.
A confirmation will be sent to your e-mail and/or SMS.
Place-an-Order by phone
- Call our office (see Contact);
- Confirm the unique ”Transfer ID”, sender details, his country/region, total amount in original currency;
- Confirm the exchange rates for receiving transfers and the total amount in local currency you will receive into your account;
- Confirm the bank account where you prefer the amount to be transferred.
A confirmation will be sent to your e-mail and/or SMS.
Place-an-Order visiting our office
You are welcome to visit us in our Central Office in order to receive the transferred Money.
Before you are coming, please call us to confirm the readiness of your payment as well to prepare the necessary amount of cash.
Please be aware, we reserve the right to limit the amount of cash paid in hands
