How can I send money? |

To be able to send money with us, you need to pass the registration process first. This need to be done only once. After that you continue in normal way: (a) place an order and (b) deposit money.

How can I receive money? |
| |
To receive your Transfer cash in hands, you need to visit our office. You should provide the transfer details, passport or national photo ID. To receive a Transfer directly into your bank account, you should pass the registration process first.

What do I need for registration? |
| |
For registration, please fill in the application, provide 2 forms of ID and accept our "Terms and conditions". As 1-st form of ID we accept: Passport, National photo ID, UK driving licence (full or provisional). As 2-nd form of ID (proof of address) we accept: Bank statement, utility bill, UK driving licence, rental agreement.

Is there any limit for sending money? |

We do set-up limits for each individual customer depending on his / her personal circumstances. For more details, please contact us.

Could I make changes after sending money? |
| |
We can make changes only for a limited number of transfers (for some countries) and only if the money has not been received by the recipient. Changes are limited to recipient Name and Surname, destination bank.

Which currencies are you working with? |
| |
The transfers through network are sent and received in Euros or USD. We accept from our customers only GBP (when sending money). We pay our customers only GBP (when receiving money).

How long it takes for recipient to get the money? |
| |
In most cases the money are transferred as soon as your deposit is cleared into our bank account. After that, it takes aprox. 5-10 min for recipient to receive money in some countries (ex. Russia and NIS), while in others the recipient could receive money only next day (ex. Turkey, Romania, Israel).
